Beginning

Ch 4. Join with sl st into a ring.

Round 1:

8 sc

change yarn colour

Round 2:

Work 4 tr cluster into each st around, separated by Ch 4.

Round 3:

Work petals (1sc, 1 hdc, 4 dc, 1 hdc, 1 sc) into each Ch 4 space around.

Round 4:

Note: This round is worked behind the petals

Sl st into the sc st at the top of the cluster from Round 2, Ch 4, work *1 sc into the top of the next 4 tr cluster group from Round 2, Ch 4*. Continue from * around. (8 - Ch 4 spaces)

Round 5:

Work corner *(2 dc, 1 tr, Ch 3, 1 tr, 2 dc)  all into Ch 4 space, work 5 dc into next Ch 4 space*. Continue from * around.

Round 6: 

Work corner *( 2 dc, Ch 2, 2 dc), work (1 Puff st, Ch 1, skip 1 st) 6 times across one side*. Continue from * around. (24 Puff sts, 16 dc, 4- Ch 2 spaces)

PUFF STITCH - A Puff stitch cosists of loops joined together at the top. *Yarn over, insert hook in stitch indicated, yarn over and pull up a loop even with the loop on hook; repeat from * 2 times more, yarn over and draw through all 7 loops on hook.

Round 7: 

Work corner *(1 sc, 1 hdc, Ch 2, 1 hdc, 1 sc) all into Ch 3 space, work 1 sc into each st across (16 sc sts across one side)*. Continue from * around.

Round 8:

Work conrner *(2 hdc, Ch 1, 2 hdc) all into Ch 2 space, work 1 hdc into each st across one side (20 hdc sts across one side)*. Continue from* around.
